Łukasz Nowak has been with PCG since 2008, when he completed a two-year management program at the company’s headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2010, Łukasz Nowak co-founded the first two PCG offices in Poland, in Łódź and Warsaw. In 2014, Mr. Nowak participated in the acquisition of two Polish IT companies operating in the field of education – Librus from Katowice and Partners in Progress from Rzeszów (later transformed into PCG Academia). During his 10 years as President of the Management Board of PCG Academia, Łukasz Nowak, together with the PCG management team, carried out a thorough organizational, technological, and image transformation of the company. Since PCG acquired the company, its revenues have increased fivefold, and it has expanded its product portfolio with over a dozen new solutions, which it supplies to nearly 80 leading universities in Poland and around the world. Łukasz Nowak studied at Clark University (Boston, USA), the University of Łódź, the Warsaw School of Economics, and Kozminski University, among others.
