Austra Ciša is a digitalisation expert at the Latvian Academy of Culture, working at the intersection of digital transformation, institutional development, and higher education. She is a graduate of the joint master’s programme in Creative Industries and Growth Management at the Latvian Academy of Culture and Riga Technical University, combining cultural sector expertise with strategic and technological perspectives. Her recent work includes the implementation of a DSpace repository designed to support the Academy’s artistic and research practices.
