PCG Academia is carrying out another strategic implementation supporting the digital transformation of Polish universities. The Webcon platform is being launched at the Medical University of Łódź, where it will serve as the foundation for a modern Electronic Document Management System and a key tool supporting remote student services.

The project is being carried out as part of the “Stay@UMED – Implementation of a comprehensive system of measures to minimize the phenomenon of early dropout at the University” initiative. One of the key elements of the project is the Dropout Analytics module, which will enable the identification of risk factors for early withdrawal from studies and the ongoing monitoring  of students’ situations. Thanks to this, the university will be able to make more informed management decisions and more effectively plan support activities for students at various stages of their education.

Another important component of the implementation is the Digital Student Folder, which organizes and centralizes academic records in digital form. The Webcon  platform enables the secure collection, processing, and archiving of documents, as well as the automation of administrative processes related to student services. The solution significantly improves communication between students and the university administration, shortens processing times, and increases the transparency of procedures.

The project also includes the implementation of additional e-Workflows that reflect the processes in place at the Medical University of Łódź, as well as integration with the university’s  existing dean’s office system. This integration will ensure data consistency, eliminate duplication of information, and enable a seamless flow of information between the systems used in the administration’s daily operations.

The Medical University in Łódź is another leading medical institution – alongside the Medical University of Gdańsk, the Medical University of Warsaw, and the Medical University of Lublin – to choose the WEBCON platform, supported by PCG Academia consultants, to digitalize its processes.
