MoreŁukasz Nowak has been with PCG since 2008, when he completed a two-year management program at the company’s headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2010, Łukasz Nowak co-founded the first two PCG offices in Poland, in Łódź and Warsaw. In 2014, Mr. Nowak participated in the acquisition of two Polish IT companies operating in the field of education – Librus from Katowice and Partners in Progress from Rzeszów (later transformed into PCG Academia). During his 10 years as President of the Management Board of PCG Academia, Łukasz Nowak, together with the PCG management team, carried out a thorough organizational, technological, and image transformation of the company. Since PCG took over the company, revenues have increased fivefold, and the company has expanded its product portfolio with a dozen new solutions, which it supplies to nearly 80 leading universities in Poland and around the world. Piotr Masalski is a graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Warsaw School of Economics, and Kozminski University. He is a renowned expert in the field of modern IT system design, actively participating in the digital transformation of Polish higher education. He combines in-depth knowledge with practical experience in the implementation of complex projects, product development, and business relations.
Grant Blair manages PCG consulting services in the field of education. Over the past ten years, he has collaborated with hundreds of school districts in the United States in information technology, data, operations and financial initiatives. He was the director of PCG projects for large-scale implementation of information technology in school districts, including the School District of Philadelphia; Broward County Florida School Board; Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools; and in public schools in Minneapolis. He also oversaw the launch of PCG’s implementation of the nationwide student information system in the United States and the EasyGo ™ PCG special training management system in Tennessee. Has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
He has a decade of experience in managing teams responsible for implementing IT and consulting projects for the public sector.
At PCG Academia, he oversees the work of the Project Office, Implementation, Customer Service, Finance and Administration departments.
He has been with the company for 8 years, during which he has managed numerous projects for universities and public sector institutions, established and defined project office processes, implemented controlling and internal workflow systems, and managed cooperation with the company’s key customers.
