The Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź will implement the PCG Dziekanat system and the WEBCON platform from PCG Academia.
9 March 2026 4 min readingOne of Poland’s largest private universities, educating nearly 10,000 students, the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź (AHE) is beginning cooperation with PCG Academia in the area of comprehensive digital transformation. The scope of the project includes the implementation of the modern PCG Dziekanat dean’s office system, the WEBCON low-code platform, as well as long-term maintenance and development of the delivered solutions. The total value of the contract is PLN 4.6 million.
PCG Dziekanat
Until recently, AHE used a proprietary dean’s office system developed by the university’s internal IT team. However, dynamic legislative changes and rapid technological development led the university to decide to implement a proven, market-proven solution offered by PCG Academia.
Today, the PCG Dziekanat system is one of the most modern and comprehensive IT tools supporting university management in Poland. After the acquisition of PCG Academia by the American company Public Consulting Group in 2015, several dozen million zlotys were allocated to the development, modernization, and standardization of the system.
The result of these efforts is a stable, secure, and fully scalable solution that combines best practices in data management with an intuitive user interface and full compliance with national and international security standards.
At AHE, the PCG Dean’s Office system will cover the entire student service cycle – from recruitment, through the course of study, to the graduation process. The university will also receive modules supporting the management of syllabi, mLegitymacja (digital student ID cards), and dormitories. Students and teachers will gain access to data through a modern mobile application. The system will be integrated with a wide ecosystem of tools used at AHE, including MS Teams, MS Dynamics, Moodle, Prolib, ORPPD, and the JSA system.
By deciding to implement PCG Dziekanat, AHE has joined nearly 30 renowned universities that use this solution in their daily practice, including Kozminski University, WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza, and Civitas University.
WEBCON
More and more universities in Poland are turning to low-code platforms to flexibly supplement the functionality of domain-specific systems and efficiently manage processes that are subject to frequent changes, such as document circulation or employee and student files.
Like nearly 40 leading Polish universities, AHE has decided to implement the WEBCON platform and tightly integrate it with the PCG Dziekanat system and the MS Dynamics ERP system. Based on the dean’s office data in WEBCON, a complete AHE student e-file will be created, covering several dozen teaching processes, enabling students to handle all administrative matters electronically.
At the same time, based on data from the ERP system, key administrative processes will be built on the WEBCON platform, including invoice circulation with an OCR module, budgeting, KSeF support, leave requests, and HR processes.
Comprehensive project implementation by PCG Academia
PCG Academia will complete all project work at AHE within a period not exceeding 12 months, delivering successive functionalities in accordance with the academic year schedule. The project will be carried out based on PCG’s proven educational project management methodology, which has been developed over many years.
“From pre-implementation analysis, through system configuration and implementation, to training, maintenance, and further development, we will work closely with the university at every stage of the project. The key to success is communication and a partnership approach,” emphasizes Tomasz Ulman, PMO Director at PCG Academia.
At PCG, we believe that moving away from proprietary systems in favor of modern, proven IT solutions used by dozens of Polish universities will allow AHE to continue its dynamic growth and improve the quality of service for students and teachers. The combination of the PCG Dziekanat system with the WEBCON low-code platform will create a coherent IT environment, ensuring real time and cost savings.
