The Medical University of Warsaw implements an examination system based on the Inspera and WEBCON platforms
9 March 2026 4 min readingThe Medical University of Warsaw is beginning to implement a new, integrated examination system, which will ultimately cover 11,000 university students. The project has been entrusted to PCG Academia. The aim of the implementation is to streamline and standardize the examination process, increase its scale, security, and transparency, as well as adapt IT tools to the needs of a large, complex academic organization with a medical focus.
PROJECT SCOPE
The new system consists of two closely integrated solutions. The first is the Inspera electronic examination system, which will be used to plan, organize, and conduct both remote and in-person examinations. The platform enables online exams to be conducted in accordance with modern standards, including secure exam environments, randomization of questions and answers, as well as high scalability and availability of services, which are particularly important during exam periods.
The second element is the WEBCON low-code platform, which will be closely integrated with Inspera and will be used to create and support administrative processes related to the organization of exams, including booking dates and handling exam appeals in accordance with university procedures. Both solutions will form a unified exam platform, ensuring data consistency and a uniform user experience.
Both Inspera and WEBCON are solutions with an established market position, high quality, and global recognition.
