PCG Academia will implement a modern student e-services system at the Medical University of Lublin, based on the advanced WEBCON BPS platform. The project is part of a large-scale investment entitled “Modernization and equipping of teaching facilities in connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies – Medical University of Lublin,” implemented as part of the National Recovery Plan.

The scope of implementation includes delivery and installation of the system, pre-implementation analysis, configuration and development of dedicated processes, as well as comprehensive training for employees. The project will not only streamline administration, but also reduce costs and shorten case processing times, positively impacting every area of the university’s operations.

WEBCON BPS – technology that transforms organizations

The WEBCON BPS platform is an advanced low-code solution that allows you to quickly and easily build business processes without writing complex code, supporting digitization and optimization in organizations of all sizes.

“Higher education institutions around the world are increasingly moving away from the traditional software development model in favor of low-code solutions. According to Gartner research, by 2025, as many as 70% of new applications will be created using low-code or no-code platforms (up from less than 25% in 2020),” says Eryk Wdowiak, WEBCON Business Line Leader at PCG Academia.

“Low-code technology enables universities to respond quickly to student needs, implement administrative applications and e-services without the need to engage large programming teams, reduces costs and dependence on hard-to-find specialists, and provides flexibility and adaptability to dynamically changing educational requirements,” says Dariusz Wronikowski, the rector’s representative for digital transformation at the Medical University of Lublin.
