The collaboration with the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw (EWSPA) is another example of  a project where technology effectively supports the university in achieving key operational and reporting objectives.

Currently, we are carrying out a comprehensive implementation of systems supporting student processes, including the dean’s office system, recruitment, a mobile application, and low-code solutions for managing student workflows and scholarships. The project is in an intensive implementation phase, covering system configuration, data migration,  and activation of successive modules.

A critical stage of the project was launching the integration with the POL-on system directly from the PCG dean’s office system – even before the full system implementation. POL-on is the central reporting system for higher education in Poland, so ensuring its proper functioning is a key element of the entire deployment.  The integration was prepared to enable the university to fulfill reporting obligations even before the system went live.

University Team Perspective

The results of this work were appreciated by the university team:

“Officially, we send our thanks to the team working on enabling data feeding to POL-on directly from the PCG dean’s office system ahead of schedule. The task was completed before the deployment of the final system version and before the planned start of reporting procedures. This allowed the university to submit the report before the critical deadline set by the Ministry of Science. Additionally, the work helped detect inconsistencies in the data, which will result in higher quality migration from the Bazus system to PCG Dean’s Office. We appreciate the team’s dedication – we know that work was carried out also in overtime, which was crucial for meeting the deadline.”

Piotr Lipiński, IT Department Manager, EWSPA

PCG Academia Team Perspective

“Launching POL-on data feeding directly from PCG Dean’s Office was one of the key tasks in the current phase of the project. We are currently working on deploying the dean’s office system at the university, with production rollout planned for the end of March. We are especially pleased that, thanks to excellent cooperation with the university team, this task was completed even before the final system implementation and before the start of reporting procedures. We thank the university team for their engagement and excellent collaboration. Next steps of the project are underway – we are consistently working to fully achieve all its objectives and ensure smooth production deployment.”

Ewelina Pawluś, Project Manager, PCG Academia

Project in the Next Phase

We are continuing implementation work, including further development of the dean’s office system, additional integrations, and deployment of processes based on the WEBCON platform, such as the e-Student Folder and application management.

Simultaneously, full production launch of additional modules is being prepared, along with continued support for the university in digitizing administrative processes.

Collaboration Based on Engagement and Partnership

The project for EWSPA demonstrates the importance of flexibility, rapid response, and close collaboration between both teams. Thanks to joint commitment, deadlines were met, and solutions were developed that improve data quality and streamline university operations.

We are confident that the next project stages will yield equally positive results, and our collaboration will continue to grow in the spirit of partnership and shared success.
