PCG Academia expands its cooperation with Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The Employee Portal on the WEBCON BPS platform enters the next stage of development.
9 March 2026 3 min readingPCG Academia has signed a new agreement with Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, covering the further development of the Employee Portal based on the WEBCON BPS platform. The decision to continue and expand the cooperation is a natural step resulting from the university’s very good experience with the implementation to date and the high assessment of both the quality of the services provided and the technological capabilities of the WEBCON BPS low-code platform.
Implementation of the AMU Employee Portal
The first stage of the project carried out by PCG Academia for Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań involved the implementation of an Employee Portal based on the WEBCON BPS platform. The cooperation, which began in November 2023, resulted in the creation of a central, iteratively developed access point for employee matters, with full control of roles, forms, and workflows, integration with the ERP system, data warehouse, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure Active Directory, as well as management support in the form of management dashboards. As part of the project, dedicated application sites, roles and permissions, test scenarios, and technical documentation were prepared, and training was conducted. The system, delivered in a local installation model, is currently used by over 5,500 university users.
Development of the AMU Employee Portal
The development of the Employee Portal will include the launch of new process applications and the expansion of existing functionalities in key areas of the university’s activities. Particular emphasis will be placed on processes related to human resources management, including the handling of various types of employee requests, declarations, social benefits, absences, and leave, including sabbaticals and parental leave. The portal will also support the management of research projects, including the submission of project files, handling applications for new projects, signing contracts, as well as accounting and reporting on research work.
As part of the orders carried out, PCG Academia will provide comprehensive IT services, including business analysis of the university’s needs, design and configuration of process applications, construction and implementation of integration interfaces, as well as functional, integration, and performance testing. An important element of the project will also be the preparation of post-implementation documentation, conducting training for end users and business administrators, and supporting the Ordering Party’s teams in programming work carried out within the Employee Portal.
