The webinar will be dedicated to the topic of digitalization and optimization of processes carried out at universities. According to a recent study commissioned by The Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (CRASP), nearly 50% of the surveyed universities are willing to purchase a system for the electronic documentation workflows. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of universities, PCG Academia concluded a partnership agreement with WEBCON, a provider of a leading low-code platform for process automation and documents workflow.

On the webinar we will use the case study of the Pedagogical University of Krakow – one of a leading  universities when it comes to the automation and digitization of processes using the WEBCON BPS platform – to talk about:

  • how to effectively do inventory and evaluate the effectiveness of processes at the university,
  • where to look for areas to optimize processes and what benefits can be achieved with it,
  • and how the digitalization and automation of processes take place using the WEBCON BPS platform.

As part of the discussion, representatives of the Pedagogical University – Ms Edyta Kowalik, Head of the Section for Process Management and Implementations and Mr Rafał Kowalewski, Head of the IT Service Department – will present a model approach to identifying and analyzing processes at the university, and their improvement and digitalization.

The discussion will be joined by Jakub Romankiewicz, Partner Account Manager from WEBCON, and Wacław Filak, Business Line Director from PCG Academia. The webinar will be moderated by Łukasz Nowak, Vice President of PCG Academia.

In the second part of the webinar, the experts will present how to easily and quickly model processes and applications using the InstantChange™ technology. Thanks to a special creator, designing new workflows does not require programming tools and becomes available to everyone.

In addition, a unique opportunity awaits all webinar participants – during the meeting, we will randomly select three universities for which we will conduct a free analysis of the selected process with its presentation based on the WEBCON BPS platform.

Registration for the event is free of charge. We hope to see you at the webinar!
