He is also the project manager of the Integrated Information System on Science and Higher Education POL-on. He is a member of the advisory team for open scientific resources at the Ministry of Education and Science.
He obtained his master’s degree in sociology at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, and the title of computer science engineer at the University of Information Technology and Management under the auspices of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He completed postgraduate studies in the field of Economic Informatics at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a participant of the MBA Kaizen Industry 4.0 postgraduate studies at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology.
He has several years of professional experience and certificates in the field of analysis and programming of information systems. His professional interests include agile project management, software development and development, and organizational culture management.
