Times Higher Education rankings: 2022 schedule announced
18 January 2022 3 min readingTimes Higher Education, strategic partner of PCG Academia, has confirmed the schedule for its portfolio of university rankings for the 2022 calendar year.
The year will begin with the publication of the 2022 list of the world’s most international universities, followed by the launch of the Young University Rankings at an online webinar in February and the teaching-focused Japan University Rankings in March.
In April, THE will publish the fourth edition of our Impact Rankings, which recognizes universities that promote sustainable development. The results will be revealed at the in-person THE Innovation & Impact Summit in Stockholm on April 26 and then discussed in detail in the context of Polish universities during a conference organized by PCG Academia and Times Higher Education on May 18 in Cracow.
June will see the release of the Asia University Rankings at the Asia Universities Summit in Aichi, Japan, while the Latin America University Rankings will be published the following month.
THE World University Rankings 2023 will be released on 12 October at flagship THE World Academic Summit in New York. The hybrid event will focus on the theme of trajectories and examine the role of higher education leaders and policymakers in identifying, adapting to and meeting rising expectations for progress in three different areas: students, institutions, and the wider higher education sector.
We highly encourage Polish universities to participate in the rapidly growing in importance THE Impact Rankings and THE World University Rankings. It is estimated that the Times Higher Education rankings reach an audience of over 3 billion people around the world. Participation in the rankings is not only a great way to promote your university internationally, but also a unique benchmarking of universities, conducted by experienced data analysis experts from Times Higher Education. Each participating university, regardless of their score, will receive a profile on THE website, which receives 30 million visits annually. Participation in the rankings is free of charge.
Registration for THE World University Rankings 2023 is now open and more information can be found on THE website. Registration for THE Impact Rankings 2022, on the other hand, has already closed. All information on how to participate in the rankings is available on THE website.
