The Witold Pilecki State University of Applied Sciences in Oświęcim is implementing the next stage of its digital transformation, focusing on process automation and modern technological solutions. As part of the project “Małopolska State University – development towards accessibility,” submitted in the call for proposals “Accessibility of higher education institutions,” the university is implementing the WEBCON BPS document circulation system. PCG Academia, an expert in university digitization and a Premium Partner of WEBCON, is responsible for its implementation. 

Modern document circulation thanks to low-code technology 

WEBCON BPS is an innovative low-code platform that allows you to automate administrative processes and move away from traditional paper-based document circulation. The system enables rapid design, implementation, and development of business applications without the need to involve large IT teams. 

At the Małopolska State University in Oświęcim, the solution will be used, among other things, in the areas of administration and human resources, as well as to support key processes such as: 

  • submitting social welfare applications, 
  • applications for permission to participate in external events, 
  • applications to organize events at the university. 

This will provide the administration with a tool that will significantly improve its work, increase the transparency of its activities, and reduce the number of paper documents. For the entire academic community, this means a faster, more accessible, and user-friendly way of using university services. 

Comprehensive support from PCG Academia 

As part of the implementation, PCG Academia is responsible for: 

  • pre-implementation analysis and mapping of administrative processes, 
  • delivery and configuration of the WEBCON BPS system, 
  • training for university staff, 
  • technical and service support during the warranty period. 

Such a comprehensive approach will ensure a smooth transition to new solutions for the university and the possibility of their further development in the future, including expansion with new processes and integration with other systems operating at the university.
