First international implementation of University 10 system
29 December 2015 1 min readingRight before the Holiday break Partners in Progress, member of the PCG Polska capital group, signed a contract with Divine Word University (DWU) located in one of the most remote and exotic places on Earth – Papua New Guinea. The goal of what is scheduled as a 6‑months project is to implement the flag product of Partners in Progress – University 10 student information system. This will be the first implementation of the system outside of Poland.
Divine Word University is a national university established in 1980 by the Divine Word missionaries. DWU is an ecumenical, coeducational and privately governed with government support. The President of DWU is Father Jan Czuba, a Polish priest.
The scope of the project include following activities:
- Set up of University 10 SIS (in English) in a software as a service model;
- Implementation of Recruitment Module integrated with the local payment system;
- End-user trainings as part of the several visits planned at the customer’s site.
The first visit of the Project team of Partners in Progress to Papua New Guinea is scheduled for the second half of January 2016.
