Deputy Director of the National Information Processing Institute – National Research Institute for software development. He is also the project manager of the Integrated System of Information on Science and Higher Education POL-on. He is a member of the advisory team for open scientific resources in the Ministry of Education and Science. He holds a master’s degree in sociology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw and a bachelor of engineering degree in computer science from the Warsaw School of Information Technology under the auspices of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He completed postgraduate studies in Business Informatics at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and MBA Kaizen Industry 4.0 postgraduate studies at the Business School of  Warsaw University of Technology. He has several years of professional experience and holds certificates in the IT systems analysis and programming. His professional interests include agile project management, software design and development, and organizational culture management.
