Małgorzata works at the intersection of open science, research information management, and repository infrastructure, with a practical focus on how national and institutional systems actually get built and used. A recognised DSpace expert and specialist in research evaluation, she has designed and delivered solutions at national scale — previously as part of a state-owned software house building systems for Poland’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education and currently as a subject matter expert and implementation specialist for clients in the field of scholarly repositories and research information management at PCG Academia. She serves on the DSpace Leadership Group and advises on tools and technical instruments for research output management.
