Since 2007, he has been cooperating with the Trauma, Health and Hazards Center (THHC) at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, where he completed a postdoctoral internship, then served as research director and currently as a consultant as an Associate Professor Adjoint.

In the years 2002-2005, he served as Vice-Dean and then Dean of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology (2008-2012) and currently (2020-) is the Director of the Institute of Microelectronics and Optoelectronics at this Faculty. Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology (1976). At the same university, he obtained his doctorate in 1985, and in 1995, based on his scientific achievements and dissertation, he obtained the habilitation degree. In 2005, he received the title of professor of technical sciences. He specializes in microelectronics and thin film technology. Initiator, contractor or manager of over 70 research and R&D projects (domestic and international), carried out in cooperation with teams from many Polish research centers (including: ITE, ITME, PWr., PŁ, PG, UMCS, AGH) and foreign (including: Imperial College London, JRC Ispra, Technical University of Liberec, Carnegie Mellon University). Prof. Jan Szmidt was also an organizer, member of organizational and program committees and chairman of several dozen national and international scientific conferences. In the achievements of prof. J. Szmidt, there are over 350 conference presentations (authors and co-authors). He was invited many times to give lectures and papers, both scientific and economic. Co-author or author of over 400 scientific publications, co-author of 15 patents and patent applications. He was awarded the Bronze (1977), Silver (1897) and Gold (1999) Cross of Merit, the Medal of National Education (2007) and the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (2020), as well as the award of the IV Department of Technical Sciences PAN, the Gold Medal of the Chapter of the Academy of Polish Success, a diploma and a gold medal for the invention "diamond electrodes produced by the HF CVD method for electrochemical applications" from the Association of Polish Inventors and Rationalizers, the IFIA medal (International Federation of Inventors Associations), the "Plaque of Recognition" (Plaque of Appreciation) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, the Siemens medal, the ProJuwenes award of the Students' Parliament of the Republic of Poland as a Prostident authority, the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal of the Management Board of the Polish Bank Association (2020), the title of "Diamond Engineer 2019" in the XXVI Readers' Plebiscite of "Przegląd Techniczny" and many others decorations and distinctions.   Volodymyr Bugrov was born in a family of teachers on 10 November 1967 in the town of Buchach in the Ternopil region. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with honours in 1991. During 1986-1988 he undertook active military service in the Armed Forces of the USSR (military unit 55654 of the Main directorate of the special construction of the USSR Ministry of Defense). In 1991 he became a postgraduate of the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Philosophy at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 1995 he graduated with a degree in ontology, gnoseology and phenomenology (09.00.01). In June 1996 he successfully defensed his PhD thesis on "Language and symbol in the context of understanding." From November 1995 to September 1998 he worked as an Assistant at the Department of Philosophy and Methodology of Science of the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Since October 1998 Volodymyr Bugrov has worked as an Associate Professor at the Department of History of Philosophy of the Faculty of Philosophy at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (KNU). In 2000 he was given the title of Associate Professor. From November 1998 to January 2009 - Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Since February 2013 – professor of the Department of History of Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In May 2014 he became a Professor. From June 2014 to January 2015 he acted as Head of the Department of History of Philosophy of the Faculty of Philosophy at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. From January 2009 to April 2021 - Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical work at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. On 24 March 2021 he was elected rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv by secret ballot. By the decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine he has been appointed as rector of the University for the period from 30 April 2021 to 29 April 2026. Volodymyr Bugrov is the author of over 100 scientific, educational and methodological works. He was an academic adviser of 5 PhD candidates. He is a High-achiever of Education of Ukraine (2001). Volodymyr Bugrov is an Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine (2014). He was granted the Order of Merit of the third grade (2017). He is a member of the National group of the maintenance of the Bologna process. Volodymyr Bugrov is a co-author of the Strategic development plan of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is a member of working groups on the development of over 10 legal acts in the realm of higher education. Volodymyr Bugrov is married, his wife is a lecturer in philosophy. His son Myroslav (born 1995) is a postgraduate of the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

  Dariusz Wronikowski is a Master of Science in computer science, an MBA graduate from the Kozminski University. He has been involved in IT throughout his professional life, going through subsequent stages from user support, through administrator, programmer to IT director. Since 2019, he has been associated with the Kozminski University, where he currently serves as the director of the IT department. In 2015, he successfully implemented Microsoft cloud services as one of the first implementations in Poland. Involved in projects related to digitization, digital transformation, cloud, electronic signature, CRM and EOD. Ready for changes and looking for opportunities to change and automate processes to make life easier. He willingly takes on new challenges and learns about the solutions available on the market. In 2020, it successfully implemented a full electronic process for circulating student applications, including the process for circulating diploma theses, to include digital recruitment the following year and the student's e-File the following year, which completely changed the quality of work of dean's offices using the latest technologies and solutions available in the world. In 2022, he joined the Dean's Forum Association, where he supports and co-creates the IT section and willingly participates in other activities of the Association.
